How does it work?

-  Choose your favourite designer piece then place your order through the website.

-  Your dress arrives to you, usually 1-2 days before your event.

- Frock up and be fabulous at your event.

-  Place your dress in the prepaid return satchel included with the dress and pop it in 

   your nearest post box.

We take care of everything including shipping and dry cleaning!

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping Australia wide, we also include a prepaid return satchel.


Do you ship Australia wide?

Absolutely, we ship from Brisbane to anywhere in Australia. If you need shipping to a more remote area, please allow extra time when placing an order. If you are unsure how much time is needed, just let us know and we can help with that. 


How do I make a purchase? 

Browse our gorgeous designer pieces and make your selection, choose your size, either a 4 or 8 day hire period, then choose the date you want the dress to be delivered. We do suggest setting delivery for a day or two prior to your event to remove any anxiety of it not turning up in time.


What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept MasterCard and Visa.


What happens if my dress doesn't arrive in time?

If you are concerned that your dress is not going to arrive in time, contact us immediately on 0417 793 408.


What if it doesn't fit?

If the dress doesn't fit, please contact us as soon as possible. You can either email us, use the chat feature or call us on 0417 793 408 and let us know how we can help. Then, simply pop your designer piece back in the mail using the return satchel included in your delivery, within 24 hours of receiving it, ensuring the tags are still attached. Once we receive the item back we can either send a different size or style, provide a store credit or process a full refund for your designer piece less the shipping charge of $30.00 AUD.

What if there is minor damage?

We understand accidents happen so all our items automatically include accidental damage upto $100.

What if there is major damage?

If the garment has major damage totalling more then $100 or is not repairable then we will charge your credit card for the total retail cost of the item less your original hire fee. For example if you hire a dress for $100 with a total retail cost of $300 then you will be charged a $200 replacement fee. 

What if I lose the dress? 

If you lose the dress and are unable to return it then you will be charged the retail cost of the garment less your original hire fee. For example if hire a dress for $200 that costs $600 to buy, you will be charged a $400 replacement fee. 

What if I need the dress longer then the original booking? 

If you need to keep the item longer then the original booking please contact us immediately and we can see what we can do. 

What if I send the item back late? 

If you send the dress back late you will be charged a 1 day hire fee for each day it is late.
