We accept returns for any items that are faulty within seven days of receiving your product. Just contact us, letting us know what the problem is ( a photo or two is nice ) and we can send a replacement or, if a replacement is unavailable we can organize a credit for your account.
We understand that accidents happen so all items hired automatically include accidental damage insurance unto $100, so you will not be charged for any minor repairs totalling less then $100.
Damage and chargebacks
If however the garment requires major repairs, is beyond repair or we do not receive the item back your credit card will be charged for the total retail value of the garment less your original hire fee. For example if you hire a dress for $100 with a retail value of $300, you will be charged an additional $200 to replace the item.
